Welcome to CopyBridge — a browser extension and web application designed to simplify copying and pasting address and checkout data between websites. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

We value your privacy and collect only the minimum amount of data required for the service to function properly.

Specifically, we collect and store:

  • Email address — used for login and account management.
  • Password — securely stored using industry-standard encryption.
  • Subscription plan information — used to determine the features available to your account (e.g., Free, Pro, Team).

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Personal addresses
  • Names
  • Phone numbers
  • Any checkout or payment form data inserted by the extension

All form data is processed locally in your browser and is never sent to our servers.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely by Stripe — a third-party payment processor. CopyBridge does not store or have access to your payment details, such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.

3. Data Security

We use Supabase to manage authentication and account data. Supabase stores your encrypted credentials and plan information on secure servers. We apply standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted data access to protect your information.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of your CopyBridge account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, all associated account data (email, plan info, etc.) will be permanently removed from our systems.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

CopyBridge uses browser local storage to remember user settings and cached selectors. This data never leaves your browser and can be cleared manually at any time through Chrome's settings.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will post any changes directly on this page with the updated date.
