Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CopyBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Description of Service

CopyBridge is a Chrome extension that facilitates copying addresses from eBay and pasting them into Amazon and Walmart checkout forms. We provide both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features.

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per person or organization

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasonable causes.

Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • One-time payment options are available for certain plans
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate the terms of service of eBay, Amazon, or Walmart
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the extension
  • Share your license key with others
  • Use automated systems to abuse the service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Intellectual Property

The CopyBridge extension, website, and all related materials are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CopyBridge from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Third-Party Websites

CopyBridge integrates with eBay, Amazon, and Walmart. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party websites. Your use of these websites is subject to their respective terms of service.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
